Nice review of Cradle to Cradle. You guys really covered the main discussion in the book. Two points about the book I also like which were not directly mentioned:

1. The book itself is made out of a easily reusable material (and it is waterproof).

2. This book is often sited as a "anti-recycling" book. There is a excellent discussion about up cycling, down cycling, and the problems with classic recycling (which is down cycling).
