I've begun the changes. It's slowly happening and is going to take a huge effort to get it rolling. You guys are pointing my to a lot of resources I would not have known about. There are so many solutions to so many problems, that it can get overwhelming at times. I'm trying to not look at it as an immensity, attempting to break it down into manageable pieces to tackle as they come up. Closing on land next week, woo-hoo. Keep it up, you two.
