Can't get enough of that crusty stuff!! SO glad to have passed the obsessive bread-torch to someone else! It really is the bomb, yo! Experiment with toppings (sunflower seeds, oatmeal, wheat bran, parmesean, cracked pepper) and flours (wheat, rye, spelt) and fillings (prosciutto, olives, cheese bits).

I think I am not exaggerating when I say this bread saved my life!</description>
